Increase strength, flexibility and mobility in a foundational yoga series that will teach you ways to cultivate awareness and balance within the body and mind. Designed to support functional ranges of movement, each class will focus on alignment-based principles that foster physiological well being and muscle toning. Modifications and progressions will be offered to support your practice so that you are free to move at your own pace in a non-competitive environment. All are welcome!
