Perfect for those taking their very first steps into yoga, as well as any student looking to expand their understanding of yoga fundamentals. Join us (me, Sue Elkind, and Nina Wong) for practices to feel better in your body, mind, and heart.

Thursday evenings: 7:00-8:00pm
