This playful workshop builds core strength and opens the body in preparation for backbends and inversions. Proper alignment and muscular engagement of intermediate and advanced postures will be explained in ways that are easy to understand for everyone. Progression and modifications will be offered to cultivate mobility and gain stability throughout the asana practice. Prepare to work hard and smile often.
